Top BJJ Podcasts in 2022

The mat isn’t the only place to seek invaluable jiu-jitsu knowledge. BJJ podcasts are convenient, and entertaining, venues to access insight from a wide variety of jiu-jitsu practitioners. - women's rash guard bjj

Many – often most – of these practitioners you might never have an opportunity to interact with in-person. Many of them don’t have their own podcasts or platforms to share their experiences in a way that’s more spontaneous and unscripted than social media. And some guests may not even be on your radar, but have incredible personalities and stories.

But with so many podcasts out there, how do you decide which ones are worth your time?

While we definitely encourage you to check out others, we’ve compiled a shortlist of the top BJJ podcasts in 2022.
